The Malaysia Competition Commission has released its guidelines on Leniency Regime.
These Guidelines are based on the statutory framework of the Act and the Competition Commission Act 2010. These Guidelines deal with how the MyCC determines the appropriate financial penalty under Section 40(1)(c) of the Act.
