Tay Chye Huat ("the Plaintiff") executed 2 loan agreements with SG Silk Screen Industries Sdn Bhd ("SG Silk") namely Loan Agreement dated 12 October 2007 ("the 1st loan") and Loan Agreement dated 29 May 2008 ("the 2nd loan") under which the Plaintiff had loaned out RM1, 000, 000. 00 and RM600, 000. 00 to SG Silk, respectively. The total loan sum amounted to RM1, 600, 000. 00.
