Sabah minister: Law on child conversion in line with Constitution

KOTA KINABALU: In Sabah, any child under the age of 18 who wants to convert to Islam must get the consent of both parents.

Community Development and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Jainab Ahmad Ayid said that was the law in Sabah and it was in line with the Federal Constitution.
