96 Cases of intrusion of State Land in Cameron Highlands

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 19 (Bernama) -- A total of 96 cases of intrusion of state land in Cameron Highlands have been detected to date, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Datuk Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim told Dewan Negara today.

He said the intrusion involved 4,106 acres (661.7ha) of state land, 1,314 acres (531.8ha) of forest reserve, 38 acres (5.38ha) of orang asli settlement, 94 acres (8.04ha) of river reserve and 20 acres (98.09ha) of road reserve.
