RTD 'Ops Jalan' to monitor Road Safety during Festivities

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 22 (Bernama) -- The Road Transport Department (RTD) will carry out 'Ops Jalan' during Christmas festivities from Dec 24 until 26, while for New Year it will be held from Dec 30 till Jan 2.

Road Transport Department (RTD) Enforcement Division Director Datuk V. Velluvan said drivers who commit offences during the operation would be imposed a compound of RM300 and would not be allowed to appeal nor request to lessen the fines.
